• Contact us with your desired dimensions, your delivery zip code and a picture or link to the item you wish to have made. We love visuals and details.

• We will get right back to you with a quote, fabric and/or grasscloth yardage and estimated lead time.

• You can supply the fabric or grasscloth, or we are happy to assist you in choosing/purchasing the right material for your project.

• A 50% deposit is required to get your project on the roster. We will send you a deposit invoice.

• When your fabric arrives, we will e-mail right away to let you know and will assign an estimated completion date at this time.

• As production time gets closer, we will send a scale drawing of your piece to ensure all details are thought through and are correct.

• Upon project completion, we will send you pictures of the finished piece, confirm the delivery address and finalize payment.

• Your item will then ship out and a tracking number will be provided so you can watch for your item to arrive.
